I have practised as a nurse, as a midwife, and spent quite a few years as a clinical educator in undergrad and postgrad education and development here in NZ. Apparently I am pretty good at educating - thanks! :)
I discovered recently that I "lead with blue and yellow" ... meaning I love data, information, getting deep into it, making sense of it, and sharing it (blue), and that I also love to engage with people ALOT! (yellow). And that I also have green when it matters - so I also care - which is good to know ;)
